Inked Identities is Specialist Portraiture that tells your story through your ink. 

Every tattoo is a point in your life, a person, an event, a birth, a death, a place and so much more, and through your tattoos, have all become part of your identity.  Fashion Photographer Gavin Kemp brings this all together with his creativity and story telling to create specialist portraiture unique to you purely about you and your tattoos .

BRONZE, SILVER AND GOLD  PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES 

 

  There are 3 choices, Bronze, Silver and Gold,  each has more than the last.

 

 The big differences are shoot lengths from an hour to a day, studio or location shooting, more editing choices, mood boards, and many more creative possibilities in the silver and gold packages. 

 

All packages are multi image packages, the bronze and silver packages also have 1 hour 'SOLO' options.

 

SOLO's are shorter 1 hour shoots at a lower price with a single edited image, 1 10x8 print and unedited watermarked proofs from your best work. 

 

The silver packages, both the solo 1 hr and the full 4 hr package are ideal for influencers and models social media updates and portfolio work because of the increased editing.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Q) I’m nervous, I don’t like having my picture taken, will I be ok?

 

A) Allot of people don’t like being in front of the camera, it’s natural. The way I work makes it easy, we’ll have a plan before we shoot, and my camera is attached to a computer so you’ll see what we’re shooting as we shoot it. 

 

Very quickly you’ll find you’re very involved in the picture making, and we work together and I’ll show you a few tricks – you’ll surprise yourself how quickly you will feel confident and relax.

 

 

Q) What happens on a shoot?

 

A) After being welcomed and shown around, we will look again at our reference images again for inspiration. Then we'll plan our first shot, and make a start, it's very relaxed, no pressure.

 

 

Q) Can I bring a friend,

 

A) Yes – it really is that simple.

 

 

Q) Can I share my shoot with a friend or partner?

 

A) Yes, the shoot is all about you and your ink and it makes sense that a friend or partner may be an important part of your story you want on set with you.

 

 

Q) Can I do my own BTS  (behind the scenes) for tiktok or Instagram?

 

A) Yes of feel free, please tag me in!! keep in mind any time you spend shooting BTS could eat into your shooting time.

 

 

Q) Can we shoot on location?

 

A) Yes – we will need to discuss this before you arrive, you may have your own location we can use, for some places we may need permission, or exclusive access and some places we may need to hire.  So yes, it’s just a question of how we do it. 

 

 

Q) What should I bring?

 

A) We are likely to have some images as inspiration, and we can start to pick a wardrobe  from these or just bring lots and we will work it out on the day! We will talk about what to bring before we shoot and I’ll give you lots of guidance.

 

 

Q) How much can we shoot, and how many times can I change my outfit?

 

A) This is a tricky question because it depends on what we are shooting. In an hour if we are just changing outfits, we may manage 2 or 3 changes.

 

If we are changing sets/concepts it’s more complex because lighting needs to move  and it is in effect a complete reset we may be able to shoot 3-4 concepts/idea in  3-4 hours. I know some of the best photographers in the county who only shoot 4 concepts or ideas in a day – and they are working to exceptional standards.  

 

There is no easy answer to this, to give you a context if I’m on location usually I expect to shoot 8-10 complete changes of set and new lighting in a full day.
